July 30, 3 to 5 p.m. - Fred Sherburne, 33 Town Farm Road, Dexter. Fred custom grazes heifers on land that used to be an organic dairy farm. Learn some of his tried and true no-nonsense methods for pasture management.

August 8, 4 to 6 p.m. - Peggy Rockefeller Farms, College of the Atlantic (COA), 538 Norway Drive, Bar Harbor. See how C.J. Walke, farm manager at COA, manages a diverse mix of livestock at the beautiful Peggy Rockefeller Farms.

September 9, 4 to 6 p.m. - David Greeley, 291 Hatch Road, Jackson. David has been grazing beef cows in Jackson for many years. Learn about his cow and fertility management on this beautiful farm. Starting in 1994, there have been four biomass harvests totaling about 60 acres that are now in hay or pasture. In addition, over 100 acres of silvopasture help support 40 brood cows and their calves.
