Hike to Little Wilson Falls, Jul 13
When: Saturday July 13, 12:30-5:00 PM
Rain date: Saturday July 20

Where: Meet at the Monson A.T. Visitor Center in the Historical Society building on Monson's main street. From there, we will carpool to the trailhead along Little Wilson Stream in Elliottsville, then hike up the stream 1.5 miles to the falls.

Difficulty: Moderate. We will be walking along the edge of a gorge with rocks and roots in our path.

To sign up: Call the Monson A.T. Visitor Center at (207) 573-0163 or email us at monsonvisitorcenter@appalachiantrail.org so we'll know how many people to expect and can make plans for carpooling. There is a maximum group size of 12 for this event.

What to bring: Sturdy shoes or boots; water and snacks; bug repellent and/or head net; extra clothing layers; rain jacket. A walking stick or trekking poles may be helpful if you have them.
