This 70-minute documentary follows Paul Tukey's journey to Hudson, Quebec, a town near Montreal. Hudson passed a law in 1991 that bans the use of nonessential pesticides. Since then, 154 municipalities and the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick have placed restrictions on the cosmetic use of synthetic lawn pesticides as a result of health and environmental concerns. Sep 30 at 5:30 p.m. at Lithgow Public Library in Augusta. Free.

Another is a coalescing partnership with local business and municipal interests to promote and support this acquisition. A third is the opportunity to create Bond Brook art to be auctioned off as part of a fundraising surge by Augusta Trails.
